I want to help you find a home, but this is what I need you to do. It
will cost you $0, zero, nada, nothing to use me as your "buyers agent"
realtor who will look out for your best interests. If you call the listing

1- Get prequalified. I need you to know
exactly what you can do financially. You can use your banker or use mine,
call KC Kuttler at 208 406 3834 to find out exactly
how much you can buy, and what type of financing you qualify for. If you
know your credit score, I can tell you what you should qualify for. I can
get you up to 100% financing if you qualify.
You can fill out an online application at http://www.patriotlending.org. KC has
processed over 100 loans for me and will give you a good deal should you choose
to use him. He only charges .5 loan origination fee for my clients.
Other banks will charge 1% and up.
2-Write down the multiple listing numbers (MLS) of
homes you want to go see. A-You can either look on my weekly updated links
on my weekly newsletter. B-Email me and tell me what price range you are
looking for and where. C-Do your own searches at http://www.snakerivermls.com
3-Once you get your list, email me at burkebennett@hotmail.com the mls
numbers or call me at 208 589 5599 with
them. If the home is vacant, we can go look any time. I can
also do same day appointments, it really depends on if the home is occupied or
not and how much notice they need. Generally I can show homes almost any
afternoon or evening. I also work on Saturdays and most Federal
Holidays.
It takes about 15 minutes to show a home so if you
only have two hours, then you need to pick your best 8 homes to go look
at. I will work with you until we find the perfect home for your
family.
I have an electronic key that will let me show you any
home on the multiple listing service no matter whose sign is in front of
it.
4-Once we find the perfect home for you, the paperwork
takes about 15 to 20 minutes. It is a really easy process and I
will walk you through it. I represent you and look out for your best
interests.
I can help you get financing, inspections, and help set up the closing with
the title company.
