Who is Burke Bennett and why should you buy through
him?
I have been involved in various real estate projects for over 11 years.
I was involved in a subdivision in Rigby Idaho in all phases of
this project. We ended up selling 86 lots, multiple houses, 20 4 plexes,
and 3 town homes. This taught me how to write up new construction, lots,
and new homes. It also taught me what investors were looking for.
We also sold off phase 2 and 3 of the subdivision. We dealt with
the City of Rigby Idaho in engineering, plating, getting things approved,
putting in street lights, donating a park, streets, curbing, sewer, gas, and
electricity.
With builders, we learned about owner financing, subordination, what is a
good floor plan, who are good builders, and who are not so good. We let
quite a few builders build in this subdivision. I learned to trust two out
of many.
I used this subdivision to sell over a 100 homes over the next few
years. I got very good at getting people financing and representing both
sellers and buyers. I mostly represent buyers right now, and make sure
that the paperwork is done correctly.
I am low pressure and am there to help you avoid the many pit falls that come
with buying any type of home.
I also have had extensive real estate training from a company out of
Arizona. I went to college for over 2 years taking multiple classes.
I have learned from millionaires how to do short sales, wholesale, buy multi
family units, do foreclosures, fix and flips, rehabbing, lease options, pre
foreclosures, land development, tax strategies, legal strategies, etc.
I myself own a trailer park in Blackfoot Idaho, and currently have 3
remaining single family homes that I lease option.
I sell more homes in the evening when people get off of work than any
other time. I also sell lots of homes on Saturdays and
holidays.
I have met several real estate representatives that have to sell. So they put
lots of pressure on you and do what is best for them, not for what is best for
you. I look out for you and do what is best for you.
I am pretty flexible and pretty much will show homes almost any
afternoon. I do like at least some notice unless the homes are vacant so I
can get appointments. I usually will bend over backwards to help you.
I have a Marketing Degree at Idaho State University, and a minor in
Spanish. I served a 2 year mission in Lima Peru where I continue to use my
Spanish on a daily basis. I was also and Eagle Scout. I currently
help Scouts as assistant scout master.
Check out my newsletter, write down some multiple listing numbers of homes
you are interested in, and let's go look at them. If you are serious about
finding a home, I will help you until we find one.
If we can't find it, I know of a couple of builders, who can build one for
you and it won't cost you extra to use me as a realtor.
Now one of the things I hear all the time is "I want a good deal." This
is the fastest and best way I know of to find that. You simply take the
list price and divide it by the square footage to find a bargain.
Of course, you should also look at age of home, if the basement is finished,
location, etc, but that is how I found my current home on 2.3 acres of which I
use to work from. It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, with the basement
completely finished, all brick, and is 4936 square feet. Which figures out
to be $53 per square foot. That my friends is a smoking deal.

worked for ERA out of Rigby Idaho for quite a few years. I decided that it
was time to go on my own. I passed the brokers test, and started my own
company called SE Idaho Homes that services 5 counties. I have been my own
brokerage since 2007.
