other bargain homes that are priced to move to choose

Areva is building a 5.3 billion dollar company 18 miles outside of
Idaho Falls that will create 1200 immediate jobs, 400 permanent high paying
jobs, and create 4 to 5 jobs to support those high paying jobs.
6-Inventory is getting tighter. Builders
have stopped building during this lull making new homes fewer and farther
between.
7-Idaho is the 5th hottest real estate market in the
nation.
8-Idaho has low crime and good family oriented
communities.
9-There are a million things to do within 45 minutes of
Idaho Falls. Camping, fishing, boating, hunting, hiking, recreation
etc.
10-Idaho Falls area is really has the perfect
storm. We have not been hit as bad as the rest of the nation.
Our area has always had steady appreciation and not the huge price swings as
other areas.
